These terms govern the use of the website www.lemonsynergy.com, operated by Lemon SYNERGY s.r.o. They are not comprehensive commercial, training or cancellation terms.
1. Operator

2. Nature of the website and enquiries
The website presents SAFe training, agile/AI consulting and executive or team ICF coaching services. The information on the website is general and does not in itself constitute an offer to enter into a contract or professional advice for a particular situation.
Submitting a form or email only creates an enquiry. A contract is formed only upon express acceptance of a specific offer, confirmation of an order or signature of a contract in a manner agreed with the customer. The scope, price, date, cancellation, licence/certification arrangements and other terms are governed by the specific offer or contract.
In its current form, the website is intended solely for business customers (B2B). It does not accept binding online orders or payments and does not enable sales to consumers. If binding online registration, online ordering, payment or sales to consumers are introduced, before launch the operator must add appropriate separate commercial and cancellation terms and, depending on the specific model, the required pre-contract information, including rules on withdrawal, complaints and alternative dispute resolution.
3. Use of content
The website content may be viewed and shared by means of a standard link for personal or internal business purposes. Text, graphics, trade marks, methodology materials, photographs and other content may be protected by copyright, trade marks or other rights belonging to Lemon SYNERGY or third parties. Without the relevant authorisation, the content may not be copied, modified, published, sold, extracted or used to create derivative materials beyond the scope of statutory exceptions.
The SAFe, Scaled Agile and ICF names and materials belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion on the website does not in itself transfer any licence or indicate any partnership beyond expressly documented authorisations.
Scaled Agile materials may be used only within the scope of the relevant licence. Without further authorisation, the Courseware License Agreement permits only nominative references to trade marks; other use of trade marks, particularly logos, requires prior written consent or other express authorisation from Scaled Agile, Inc. Copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices must not be removed from or altered in the materials.
4. Availability and liability
We endeavour to keep the website accurate and available, but content may be incomplete, out of date or temporarily unavailable. Before making a decision with a significant business, legal, financial or technical impact, seek specific professional advice.
We are liable for loss or damage to the extent required by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any statutory consumer rights where they apply.

The website may link to third-party websites. We do not control their content, availability or data processing, and a link does not constitute endorsement of their content. Before using a third-party service, review its terms and privacy notice.

7. Governing law and disputes
These terms and the use of the website are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not affect any mandatory rights that a consumer may have under the law of their habitual residence, or the rules on jurisdiction established by EU and Czech law.
We will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably using the contact details above. For exclusively B2B relationships, the competent courts are determined by generally binding rules of civil procedure; this page does not agree exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may reasonably amend these terms if the website or legal requirements change. The current version is published here and is effective from the date stated below; changes to contracts already concluded are governed by the relevant contract and applicable law.
